1. Tour Rescheduling:

   • You may reschedule your tour with a minimum of one week's notice prior to the scheduled date. Please contact us at least one week in advance to arrange rescheduling.

2. Full Refund Cancellation:

   • Should you choose to cancel your tour, we offer a full refund if you notify us at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled date.

3. 50% Refund Cancellation:

   • In the event of a cancellation with one week's notice, we will provide a 50% refund of the total tour amount.

4. No Refund: 

   • ​No refund will be provided if cancellation is made with less than one week's notice, as the likelihood of someone else booking the spot on short notice is extremely low.
